To receive the full and lasting benefits of your spa treatment, an appointment would be best made on a day when you can settle your mind, not have time restraints, and indulge in the euphoria of your treatment before and after. This time is reserved for you, so let it comfort, soothe and restore your inner and outer vibrance.

 

NEW GUESTS

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your first treatment to allow ample time to check-in and prepare fill out forms. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests; treatments are charged at full value. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more may need to be rescheduled for another date. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other guests are not inconvenienced.

 

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests; treatments are charged at full value. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more may need to be rescheduled for another date. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other guests are not inconvenienced.

 

Should a cancellation be necessary, you must call us at a minimum of 24 hours ahead of your appointment time. If a staff member cannot be reached, you may leave a voicemail stating your reason for cancellation, as well as the date and time of your original appointment, and whether you would like us to call you back and reschedule your appointment. Cancellation of a spa service with less than twenty four hours notice will result in a 50% charge. Cancellation of a spa package with less than twenty four hours notice will result in a 100% charge.


No Shows: All No Shows may be charged 100% of all services booked.


Gift Certificates: If an appointment to redeem a gift certificate is not cancelled or rescheduled within the reasonable time stated in the policies above, we will be unable to redeem your certificate. We understand emergencies happen, but we also appreciate your cooperation.


Sales: All service sales, retail sales and gift certificate sales are final, with no refunds. Should you not wish to redeem a gift certificate you can transfer it for spa credit towards products or other services.
