NEW GUESTS

 

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your first treatment to allow ample time to check-in and prepare fill out forms. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

 

LATE ARRIVALS

 

If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests; treatments are charged at full value. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more may need to be rescheduled for another date. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other guests are not inconvenienced.

 

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

Should a cancellation be necessary, you must call us at a minimum of 24 hours ahead of your appointment time. If a staff member cannot be reached, you may leave a voicemail stating your reason for cancellation, as well as the date and time of your original appointment, and whether you would like us to call you back and reschedule your appointment. Cancellation of a spa service with less than twenty four hours notice will result in a 50% charge. Cancellation of a spa package with less than twenty four hours notice will result in a 100% charge.


No Shows: All No Shows may be charged 100% of all services booked.


Gift Certificates: If an appointment to redeem a gift certificate is not cancelled or rescheduled within the reasonable time stated in the policies above, we will be unable to redeem your certificate. We understand emergencies happen, but we also appreciate your cooperation.


Sales: All service sales, retail sales and gift certificate sales are final, with no refunds. Should you not wish to redeem a gift certificate you can transfer it for spa credit towards products or other services.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

 

We value your business, and respect your right to privacy. Our web site is a safe environment for anyone who visits or purchases from us.

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order and to use it internally for informational purposes. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order. In no other way do we share your information with anyone else, for any reason.

 

PAYMENT & GRATUITY

 

The Spa accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, Traveler's Checks, and Personal Checks as payment. All gratuities may be paid directly to the aesthetician/clinician in cash.


We apologize for the inconvenience, but the Spa cannot add a gratuity to your credit card. We proudly recruit and train our staff to be the most qualified spa professionals in the industry. Our recommended standard gratuity for spa treatments is 15%-20%.

 

RETURNED - BOUNCED CHECKS

 

Checks returned for insufficient funds will incur a $30.00 service fee.

 

PRICING & PRODUCTS

 

Due to unforeseeable fluctuation of prices in the market today, our prices are subject to change without notice. Products are continually upgraded to pass on to our customers exciting developments and offers; therefore, current products may vary from online listings.

 

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

 

Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly exchange any items damaged in transit or items shipped in error.
All returns require a return authorization. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be in saleable condition and returned within thirty (30) days of purchase date. When calling for return authorization, please have ready the invoice number and product number of the item(s) being returned. You will be given a return authorization number to include with the return. We pay the shipping charges for returns due to our error only. All freight and handling charges on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are offered for all unopened products when accompanied by a receipt and returned within (30) days of your purchase. Unopened products without receipts may be exchanged for either services or products. We regret we cannot exchange or refund products that have been used or opened unless your return is due to: Products past expiration date.

 

CHANGES TO THESE POLICIES

 

Les Elements without notice to you and in its sole discretion, may amend these policies from time to time. We will, however, list the date in which we update a certain policy. The update will be listed in red.

Your continued use of Les Element's or INT Therapy Center's websites after any such amendments signifies your acceptance thereof.
