Each client’s information is stored electronically and used for billing
purposes only. At this time online ordering of skin and body care products
is not available. Access to your account info must be requested in person.
We ask that each client inform us immediately of any change of address,
phone number or new injury.
Billing
Payment Methods Accepted Mastercard, Visa, Personal/Business Checks, Cash
Upon successful authorization, we will authorize the full amount of your
purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping fees. Please Note:
Nature's Sunshine and Natria Skin Care are the only product lines we
currently sell via the internet at this time. Payments for Phone Orders will
be processed by phone using a Visa or Mastercard only. Payments for Phone
Consultations (Nutritional Counseling) can be made by check or credit card.
Gift Certificates
Shipping of an eGift Certificate or store gift certificate is free,
regardless of it's face value. However, when an eGift Certificate or store
Gift Certificate and merchandise are ordered together, a normal shipping
charge will apply. Order Confirmations Upon submitting a phone order or
online order you will automatically receive an Order Confirmation number.
Cancelling or Modifying Phone Orders The only time that you can cancel or
modify your order is within 4-8 hours of placing your order. Once your order

Orders
Orders for In-Store Pick-Up
Customers are welcome to call ahead and request that certain products be
held until your arrival. Since we are mainly a clinic and spa, our products
are not out on public display, and must be asked for. We apologize if this
poses any inconvenience. You may browse our website product section, and
write a list of all of the products you are interested in purchasing. When
you arrive at our spa, you can relax in our waiting room while we gather
your list together, and create an invoice for you.
Orders by Phone
Please have product information, product Id's, payment information and so
forth, available before you call, for quicker processing. You will be given
a total, which includes shipping fees, and an order confirmation #.
If you are a new customer and have not shopped with us before, you will be
required to register first by providing us with your full name, address,
phone number, and payment information. Make sure to provide precise city,
state, and zip code information for shipping. Remember to spell out the city
to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings,
and other typos can result in errors.
Samples
Samples are available for most of the product brands we carry. For each
Phone Order you place, you will be sent up 5 random samples. You may also
request which samples you would like to be sent.
Shopping
Finding Products & Brands
Use our comprehensive Search box located on our home page to find the exact
product you need. You can enter a product number or even a partial
description of the product. You can be as broad as "red lipstick" or as
specific as "dry skin moisturizer."
Product Availability & Out of Stock
Although Institute of Natural Therapeutics & Les Elements Medi-Spa strives
to maintain stock levels; there may be times when a product is not
available, due to certain unavailability. We do not back order
automatically; a request must be made by the customer.
If you wish to have us back order out of stock items, please request this
when placing your order. Regular shipping charges will apply.
Pricing & Discounts
Depending on the amount of your purchase, you may be eligible for a
discount. Discounts are based on a cumulative purchase at the time of
ordering. So please inquire with us when placing an order.
Gifts
Les Element's online Gift Certificates can be requested here, and can be
enjoyed anytime; with no expiration! The purchaser must have e-mail and web
access in order to receive a confirmation and invoice. Gift Certificates are
mailed to purchaser or recipient, depending on preference, within 24 hours
after submitting your order. Please note that Gift Certificates are not
considered to be merchandise and are shipped by mail for Free.
Lost/Misplaced Gift Certificates
Please send an e-mail to our Customer Service department and we will resend
the Gift Certificate to the original recipient address. Please remember to
include the recipient's name, e-mail address (if available) and/or the order
number (if available) with which it was purchased. Our representatives will
only be able to resend your Gift to a recipient if it has not been redeemed.
Returning Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are non-refundable. However, certificates may be exchanged
for alternate services or products of equal or greater value of your Gift
Certificate amount.
Corporate Gifts
When shopping for a business gift, you can choose from the many services
featured on our site or purchase an Gift Certificate. We have therapists and
skin care specialists available for onsite treatments. Please call for price
range and time scheduling.
Sales Tax
By law, a 5-7% sales tax will be charged to all orders when purchasing skin
or beauty care products.
Shipping & Returns
Processing Time
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day
or by the end of next business day.
Shipping & Handling
Costs vary according to weight & Destination. You will be informed of
shipping charges before your payment is processed.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly exchange any items of
unsatisfactory quality or items shipped in error. All returns require a
return authorization. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be
in saleable condition and returned within thirty (30) days of purchase date.
A 10-15% restocking fee may be charged after (30) thirty days. When calling
for return authorization, please have ready the invoice number and product
number of the item(s) being returned. You will be given a return
authorization number to include with the return. We regret that we are
unable to refund original shipping costs, if the return is not due to our
error. All shipping and handling charges on returned goods are the
responsibility of the customer.

Refunds & Store Credit
When authorized, we will issue a full refund to your reimburse you through
your original method of payment. Your refund will be processed upon receipt
of your returned products. -Per your request, you may receive your refund in
the form of an online store credit, saved to your customer account. -We
regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs, if the return
is not due to our error. -We will notify you via e-mail or by phone once
your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution
will likely take approximately 5-7 business days to reflect this
transaction.
